Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Gisela's Embroidery and Print. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the services we provide. By accessing our website or requesting a quote, placing an order, or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. Business Information
Gisela's Embroidery and Print is a sole proprietorship located in Antioch, California, providing custom embroidery, DTF printing, custom apparel, vehicle wraps, decals, graphic design, and business advertising services throughout the Bay Area.
2. Quotes and Orders
All quotes provided by Gisela's Embroidery and Print are free of charge and are valid for a limited period unless otherwise stated.
Submitting a quote request does not create a contract. Orders become official only after acceptance by both parties and payment of the required deposit.
3. Custom Products
Most of our products are custom-made specifically for each customer.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Custom Embroidery
DTF Printing
Custom Uniforms
Vehicle Wraps
Decals & Vinyl Graphics
Graphic Design
Business Advertising Products
Because products are customized, they cannot be resold and are subject to the policies described below.
4. Design Approval
Before production begins, customers will receive a design proof whenever applicable.
It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review and approve:
Spelling
Grammar
Phone numbers
Addresses
Dates
Logos
Colors
Sizes
Placement
Quantities
Production will begin only after written or digital approval has been received.
Once approval has been given, Gisela's Embroidery and Print is not responsible for any errors approved by the customer.
Graphic design services include up to four (4) revisions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Payments
A non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total project cost is required before production begins.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before or at the time of pickup or delivery unless another agreement has been made in writing.
Accepted payment methods include:
Cash
Credit/Debit Cards
Zelle
Checks
Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
6. Production Times
Estimated production timelines are:
Design: approximately one (1) business week.
Production: approximately two (2) business weeks after design approval and deposit payment.
Production times are estimates only and may vary depending on workload, material availability, order size, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
Rush services may be available for an additional fee.
7. Customer-Supplied Artwork
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any logos, trademarks, artwork, or copyrighted materials submitted to Gisela's Embroidery and Print.
We are not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-provided materials.
8. Intellectual Property
Graphic designs created by Gisela's Embroidery and Print remain the property of the company until the project has been paid in full.
Upon full payment of a custom logo design, ownership rights of the final approved logo are transferred to the customer.
We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio, website, and social media for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Vehicle Wraps and Decals
Vehicle wrap installation includes a three (3) month workmanship warranty.
The warranty covers installation defects and material issues caused by normal use.
The warranty does not cover:
Improper washing
Accidents
Abuse
Third-party damage
Extreme sun exposure
Improper maintenance
10. Limitation of Liability
Gisela's Embroidery and Print shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific order involved.
11. Website Content
All text, graphics, photographs, logos, and website content are the property of Gisela's Embroidery and Print unless otherwise stated.
Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
Any legal dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Contra Costa County, California.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The most current version will always be available on this website.
